Delete Account

We understand that you may wish to delete your Lumi Drama account. This page provides information about the account deletion process and what it means for your data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Lumi Drama account, the following will occur:

• Your profile and account information will be permanently deleted
• Your viewing history and preferences will be removed
• You will lose access to all content and features
• Your username will become available for others to use
• Any saved content or playlists will be deleted

Data Retention

Please note that some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes:

• Transaction records may be kept for accounting and legal compliance
• Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited time
• Information required by law to be retained will be kept as necessary

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account through the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

• Open the Lumi Drama app
• Go to Settings > Account Settings
• Select "Delete Account"
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to contact@lumidrama.cc
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your registered email address and username
• Provide a brief reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within:

• In-app deletions: Immediate to 24 hours
• Email requests: 3-5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Alternative Options

If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

• Deactivate: Temporarily disable your account without deleting data
• Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection
• Clear History: Delete your viewing history without deleting your account

Reactivation

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Lumi Drama again, you will need to create a new account.
